| USE ON BABY |

We recommend 6 covers for a baby in cloth nappies full time. |

Fasten nappy on baby, place cover under baby and secure with snaps or velcro. |

Alternatively, lay a prefold or pad folded flat nappy onto the cover, place under baby and secure with snaps or velcro. |

Ensure there are no gapes around the legs or waist, and no part of the nappy is sticking out of the cover. |

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and air between uses. |

Machine wash with nappies when soiled, or after 3 to 4 wears. |
| WASHING |

Fasten Velcro onto washing tabs to maintain its performance. For Snap Covers, this step is not necessary. |

Use a non-bio washing powder free of brighteners, enzymes, phosphates, conditioners, fragrance or essential oils. |

Use half the amount of washing powder that you would normally use for the size load you are doing. |

Ultraviolet rays from sunlight (not sunshine) will remove stains and give your covers a natural antibacterial and antifungal treatment. |

BUMBOO recommends line drying as it is kindest on our environment and best for the life span of your nappies. |
| - |
Fold over line so the inside is exposed to sunlight. This will sanitize the inside, and help minimise fading of any prints. |

Dry outdoors, or indoors on a drying rack near a window exposed to sunlight. |

BUMBOO Covers can be dried in a dryer on low heat. |

Regular drying at hot temperatures may shorten the life of PUL. |
